WELLER MANAGEMENT ADDS EIGHT MULTIFAMILY FLORIDA PROPERTIES TO GROWING, DIVERSE PORTFOLIO IN THE SOUTHEAST

BOCA RATON, Fla. – September 2, 2019 – Weller Management, a leading property management and real estate investment services company, today announced the takeover of eight Florida properties, adding to the growing roster of clients that the company serves. This strategic expansion supports Weller’s client objectives of investing in quality multifamily housing in target markets throughout the Southeast.

  • Marquis of Tampa, 354 Units, 18002 Richmond Place Drive, Tampa
  • Ashley at Breakfast Point, 360 Units (to be renamed 10X Living at Breakfast Point), 9700 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach
  • Iona Lakes, 350 Units, 15000 Iona Lakes Drive, Fort Myers
  • Exchange Lofts, 87 Units, 115 NE Third Ave., Fort Lauderdale
  • Woodland Run, 65 Units, 3107 Woods Way, Gulf Breeze
  • Enclave at Sabal Pointe, 129 out of 240 Units, 2148 54th Ave. S., St. Petersburg

 

In addition to these recent takeovers, Weller will be adding Vantage at Panama City Beach, a 288-unit community that will be purchased in September 2019, as well as a 321-unit lease-up in Riverview, Florida, that commenced construction earlier this year with first move-ins scheduled for November 2019.
