The national SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction awards recognize top property management companies and communities dedicated to the resident experience. Recipients must score 4.0 or higher on a minimum of 25 completed Annual and Insite® Surveys. Three of the winning properties, Boca Villa, Golden Palms and The Forum, are located in Boca Raton, Florida, and are owned by Park Partners Residential, a privately-owned developer, owner and operator of luxury multifamily apartment communities. The fourth property, Polo Glen, located in Plantation, Florida, is owned by Preston Giuliano Capital Partners.
The MBAAA is a united organization in the Mobile, Alabama area with an ongoing purpose to educate, communicate and advocate on behalf of the multifamily housing industry, including property owners, management companies, developers and suppliers to the industry. One of MBAAA’s most anticipated events is Maintenance Mania, a high-energy annual event that gives members the opportunity to show their maintenance teams how much they are appreciated. Butch Johnson, who won the honorable title of Maintenance Person of the Year for 2017, started his career in 1972 as a Maintenance Millwright/Handyman in the steel mill industry. He loves his job at Audubon Park explaining that no two days are the same, which always keeps daily projects fun.
