Bridge Real Estate Group Expands Its Reach West into Texas and Deepens Its Roots in Florida
Well-Established Florida Multifamily Property Management Company Adds Two Properties to Its Roster in Partnership with Property Owner
BOCA RATON, Fla. – April 2, 2018 – Bridge Real Estate Group, a leading boutique property management and real estate investment services company, announced today that it kicked off 2018 by expanding its footprint into Texas for the first time and growing its existing presence in the Orlando market by adding two new properties to its portfolio: Woodway Square and Murano Apartments. Both properties were recently purchased by Cardone Capital, which appointed Bridge Real Estate Group to manage them, increasing the total number of properties Bridge manages on behalf of Cardone Capital to 20.
In late January, Bridge officially became the property manager for Woodway Square, an upscale apartment community in Houston. Additionally, in February 2018, Murano Apartments, which is in the heart of Orlando, also came under the management of Bridge. While Woodway Square is Bridge’s first Texas property, the company now manages a total of 46 properties in Florida alone.
“We are excited for the Cardone Capital to add the Texas and Orlando properties to their portfolio, reaching new milestones for their company,” said Lori Krull, Bridge Real Estate Group partner. “We appreciate the business partnership between their investment team and Bridge Real Estate Group.”
The newly renovated Woodway Square consists of 507 apartment homes offering a modern lifestyle, with sprawling grounds that include a unique two-acre park and an off-leash dog run. Residents may be particularly interested in the jogging trail, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, heated lap pool and spa, and 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness club and business center. Woodway Square is located between the Galleria and Memorial areas, near the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center.
“It’s always been a goal and part of our business plan to expand our portfolio of communities further west,” said Krull. “Woodway Square introduces us into Texas and the highly competitive Houston market.”
Murano Apartments is a contemporary 240-unit, pet-friendly community in Orlando offering luxury living in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, and is an easy drive to the Mall at Millennia, golf and area attractions in America’s favorite vacation land. The complex features a resort-style, heated saltwater swimming pool and a gym that has Fitness On DemandTM and offers over 140 streaming fitness classes. The clubhouse not only has game rooms, but also an internet café and meeting rooms.
